Thanks to Taryn’s inspiring art, my obsessed with Harry Potter and all things Hogwarts has been rekindled. I started this series off with Gryffindor, the house I was sorted into. I’m still a little surprised with the results to this day, as I would have bet money that I was a Ravenclaw. Anyway, that’s a topic for another day. In the spirit of Fantastic Beasts, I decided to follow up with Hufflepuff; the home of the kind daydreamers.
I scoured the internet looking for the right images to build the perfect Hufflepuff atmosphere. May you look at these images and feel the gentle warmth of their house wrap around you and inspire you.
You might belong in Hufflepuff, where they are just and loyal,
those patient Hufflepuff are true and Unafraid of toil.
This was so much fun to make, so I hope you enjoyed this instalment of Hogwarts Aesthetics. I really enjoy making posts like this; the sorting of images really relaxes me. I was particularly excited to do Hufflepuff for two reasons. One, Fantastic Beasts is an amazing film and if Newt doesn’t make you fall in love with this vastly underrated house, well, are you capable of love at all? And two, I get to share with all of you lovely people what Hufflepuff is in Welsh. Are you ready? It’s Wfftiwff. How majestic and magical is that?
Which name do you prefer? Hufflepuff or Wfftiwff? Let me know in the comment section below.
Don’t forget to comment with your Hogwarts houses below and whether or not you were sorted into the house you were expecting; I know I wasn’t!
