Summer; a time where the sun shines and people are happy for a few short months, lost in the hot daze and long lingering days. Despite it not being my favourite season, there is a sense that your possibilities are endless, that all your dreams are about to be full filled. Or maybe it’s the serotonin levels in your body raising through the roof. Either way, summer fills people with a sense of hope and exploration that is sometimes harder to come by in the colder seasons where all you want to do is curl up under blankets and drink a nice hot cup of tea.
For this reason, I decided to make a summers bucket list, one I am determined to fill despite the fact I have work. I want to make the most of my summer, even if it means hanging out by the seaside after work with a cool ice lolly and enjoying the smell of the salt as its carried on the breeze.
