- 1 tbsp mustard
- ½ sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1 cup grated parmesan
- For brushing:
- Melted butter
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Prepare the Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix according to package instructions. Set aside.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray two muffin tins with nonstick spray.
- In a bowl, combine the crab meat, paprika, onion powder, mustard, mayonnaise, and crushed crackers. Stir well, adding more mayonnaise if needed to reach a cohesive mixture.
- Dust your hands with flour, take a scoop of biscuit mix, and form a small cup shape.
- Place a scoop of the crab mixture into the center of the biscuit dough.
