  4. Delicious flavor, but this would not thicken for me!! I added an additional 2-3 tbsp of flour mixed with a little broth. Still nothing.
    I continued with the recipe anyway and the flavor was great. But… I DO NOT recommend blending a portion of the soup with an immersion blender. The expensive crabmeat disintegrated and although the flavor was there, I was hoping for a nice little bite of crab!😕
    Anyway, I would try this recipe again with a few different techniques.
