This Bologna Salad is a creamy, zesty classic that’s been a favorite in many households for generations. Made with finely chopped bologna, tangy relish, and creamy mayo, it’s versatile, easy, and always a hit on sandwiches or party platters.
Ingredients

Instructions
1️⃣ Grind the bologna: Use a food processor to finely grind the chopped bologna. Pulse until it reaches a spreadable consistency—fine, but not paste-like.
2️⃣ Mix the ingredients: Transfer the bologna to a mixing bowl. Add mayonnaise, mustard, relish, chopped onion, and egg if using. Stir until everything is well combined and creamy.
3️⃣ Season to taste: Add salt and pepper to your liking. Adjust mayo or mustard to get your preferred consistency and flavor.
4️⃣ Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
