In a large pot or Dutch oven, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Drain any excess grease.
2️⃣ Sauté the onion and garlic:
Add diced onion to the beef and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened. Stir in minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
3️⃣ Add liquids and seasoning:
Stir in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
4️⃣ Cook the pasta:
Add the uncooked elbow macaroni to the pot. Stir well, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender and cooked through.
5️⃣ Finish and serve:
If desired, stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
