Ingredients
For the beef filling:

1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, finely chopped

For assembling:

6 soft flour tortillas

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 tomato, diced

½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)

Instructions
1️⃣ Cook beef: In a skillet over medium heat, sauté onions and garlic until soft. Add ground beef, breaking it up with a spoon. Cook until browned and fully cooked. Stir in paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes and remove from heat.
2️⃣ Warm tortillas: Heat tortillas in a dry pan or microwave until soft and pliable.
3️⃣ Assemble wraps: Lay tortillas flat. Spoon beef mixture evenly onto each tortilla. Top with lettuce, tomato, cheese, and any desired sauces.
4️⃣ Wrap and serve: Roll up the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides. Serve immediately for a quick, satisfying meal.
