This Easy Crockpot Chicken and Gravy is a no-fuss, family-friendly dinner featuring tender chicken slow-cooked in a rich, savory gravy. With just a few ingredients and minimal prep, it’s perfect for busy weeknights or lazy weekends.
Ingredients

2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs

1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup

1 (1 oz) packet chicken gravy mix

½ cup chicken broth or water

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste
Optional add-ins:

½ cup sour cream (for extra creaminess)

Fresh chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
1️⃣ Prep the sauce: In a bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup, gravy mix, chicken broth, garlic powder, and onion powder.
2️⃣ Add chicken: Place chicken in the bottom of the crockpot. Pour the gravy mixture over the top, coating evenly.
3️⃣ Cook: Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is tender and easily shredded.
4️⃣ Shred and stir: Shred the chicken with two forks right in the crockpot. Stir to combine with the gravy. Add sour cream at this point if using, and stir until melted in.
5️⃣ Serve: Serve hot over mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles. Garnish with parsley if desired.
