  • Author: Naomi
  • Total Time: 35 min

Description

These Easy Ham Sliders with Hawaiian Rolls are perfect for parties, game day, or a quick family dinner. Soft, sweet rolls are layered with savory ham, gooey cheese, and a buttery glaze — baked to golden, melty perfection!

Ingredients

Scale

For the sliders:

  • 1 package (12 count) Hawaiian sweet rolls

  • ¾ lb sliced deli ham (or leftover baked ham)

  • 12 slices Swiss cheese (or provolone, mozzarella, or cheddar)

For the buttery glaze:

  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds (optional)

  • 1 tbsp dried parsley (optional)

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat the oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2️⃣ Prepare the rolls:
Without separating the rolls, slice the entire block of Hawaiian rolls horizontally. Place the bottom half into the prepared baking dish.

3️⃣ Layer the fillings:
Layer the sliced ham evenly over the bottom rolls. Then layer the cheese slices on top of the ham.

4️⃣ Top the sliders:
Place the top half of the rolls over the cheese to complete the sandwiches.

5️⃣ Make the glaze:
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, poppy seeds, and dried parsley.

6️⃣ Brush and soak:
Pour or brush the glaze evenly over the tops of the rolls, making sure to cover all the surfaces.

7️⃣ Bake:
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted.

8️⃣ Serve:
Let cool for a few minutes, slice into individual sliders, and serve warm.

Notes
