- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced beef sausage and cook until browned on both sides. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
