This Easy Strawberry Dump Cheesecake combines the creamy richness of cheesecake with the simplicity of a dump cake. With just a few ingredients and minimal effort, you’ll have a delicious dessert perfect for any occasion!
Ingredients
For the base:

2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

½ cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract
For the dump cake layer:

1 box vanilla or yellow cake mix

1 (21 oz) can strawberry pie filling

½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
Optional garnish:

Whipped cream

Fresh strawberries

Powdered sugar
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat the oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2️⃣ Make the cheesecake layer:
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
3️⃣ Assemble the layers:
Pour the cheesecake mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Spoon the strawberry pie filling evenly over the cheesecake layer.
4️⃣ Add the cake mix:
Evenly sprinkle the dry cake mix over the top of the strawberry layer.
5️⃣ Add the butter:
Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the cake mix, making sure to cover as much of the surface as possible.
6️⃣ Bake:
Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set. Allow to cool for at least 30 minutes before serving.
7️⃣ Garnish and serve:
Top with whipped cream, fresh strawberries, or a dusting of powdered sugar if desired. Serve warm or chilled.

You can substitute the strawberry pie filling with any fruit pie filling you like (cherry, blueberry, etc.).
