These Pizza Twists are loaded with creamy Alfredo sauce, crispy bacon, and melty cheese, all wrapped in golden pizza dough and twisted into irresistible bites. Fun to make and even more fun to eat!
Ingredients

1 tube refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade)

½ cup Alfredo sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Marinara or extra Alfredo sauce, for dipping
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven: Set to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Roll out dough: On a floured surface, roll pizza dough into a large rectangle (about 12×8 inches).
3️⃣ Layer fillings: Spread Alfredo sauce over half of the dough. Sprinkle evenly with mozzarella, Parmesan, and crumbled bacon.
4️⃣ Fold and cut: Fold dough in half lengthwise to cover the fillings. Press edges to seal lightly. Cut into 1-inch wide strips.
5️⃣ Twist: Twist each strip 2–3 times and place on the prepared baking sheet. Brush with beaten egg.
6️⃣ Bake: Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
7️⃣ Serve: Sprinkle with parsley and serve warm with dipping sauce.
