Topped with edible glitter and star sprinkles, it’s the ultimate visual and flavor experience for your fall party, dessert tray, or gift bag. Quick to make, easy to customize, and stunning to look at — it’s the perfect sweet for celestial celebrations.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Black gel food coloring
  • Purple gel food coloring
  • Blue gel food coloring
  • Edible glitter or shimmer dust (silver, gold, or iridescent)
  • Optional: star-shaped sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the white chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk, stirring constantly until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Divide the mixture evenly into three bowls. Tint one portion with black food coloring, one with purple, and one with blue.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of each colored fudge mixture into the prepared pan in a random pattern.
  6. Use a knife or skewer to gently swirl the colors together to create a galaxy effect. Do not overmix.
  7. Immediately sprinkle the top with edible glitter or shimmer dust, and add star-shaped sprinkles if using.
  8. Refrigerate until fully set and firm.
  9. Once set, lift the fudge from the pan using the parchment paper and cut into squares.

Notes

  • Use high-quality white chocolate chips for a smoother melt.

  • For bold, vibrant swirls, always use gel food coloring, not liquid.

  • Don’t overmix when swirling — less is more for a sharp galaxy effect.

  • Add shimmer or sprinkles immediately before the fudge sets to ensure they stick.

  • Store in the fridge and slice just before serving to maintain a clean, glossy surface.

  • Great for making ahead — freeze and decorate later for maximum sparkle.

  • Kid-friendly and crowd-pleasing — a fun, festive activity for all ages.
