Ingredients

Instructions
1️⃣ Season the Chicken:

Season the chicken breasts (or thighs) with salt, pepper, and dried thyme on both sides.
2️⃣ Cook the Chicken:

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken to the pan and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F/74°C).

Once cooked, remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside to rest.
