  • Author: Naomi
  • Total Time: 40 min

Description

These Peach Pie Cruffins combine the flaky layers of croissant dough with the sweet, juicy flavors of peach pie — all rolled into a beautiful muffin shape. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or dessert, they’re easier than you think and absolutely irresistible!

Ingredients

Scale

For the cruffins:

  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll or puff pastry dough (2 sheets)

  • 1 ½ cups canned peach pie filling (or homemade)

  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)

For the glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 23 tbsp milk

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Optional topping:

  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat the oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a standard 12-cup muffin tin or line with paper liners.

2️⃣ Prepare the dough:
Roll out each sheet of crescent roll or puff pastry dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface.

3️⃣ Spread the filling:
Evenly spread the peach pie filling over each sheet, leaving a small border along the edges.

4️⃣ Add cinnamon sugar:
Mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon together. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the peach filling.

5️⃣ Roll and slice:
Starting from the long edge, tightly roll up the dough into a log. Slice each log into 3 or 4 equal pieces.

6️⃣ Shape the cruffins:
Stand each piece upright, spiral side up, and gently place into the prepared muffin tin.

7️⃣ Bake:
Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed. Allow them to cool slightly before glazing.

8️⃣ Make the glaze:
In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Drizzle over the slightly cooled cruffins.

9️⃣ Garnish and serve:
Optionally dust with powdered sugar before serving. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.

Notes

  • You can substitute fresh or frozen peaches if you prefer homemade filling.
