Pineapple Fluff is a dreamy, no-bake dessert made with crushed pineapple, whipped topping, and mini marshmallows. It’s creamy, tropical, and perfect for potlucks, holidays, or a sweet treat that tastes like sunshine in a bowl!

  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, undrained

  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix

  • 1½ cups mini marshmallows

  • 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut (optional)

  • 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed

  • ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt (optional for tang)


Instructions

1️⃣ Mix pineapple and pudding: In a large bowl, combine the crushed pineapple (with juice) and dry pudding mix. Stir until thickened and well blended.

2️⃣ Add extras: Fold in marshmallows, coconut, and nuts if using. Add sour cream or yogurt for extra creaminess and balance.

3️⃣ Fold in whipped topping: Gently stir in the whipped topping until smooth and fluffy.

4️⃣ Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to let flavors blend and texture set.

5️⃣ Serve: Scoop into bowls and top with extra coconut, nuts, or a cherry if desired.
