This Naan Pizza is layered with tender chicken, crisp veggies, and creamy tzatziki sauce on a fluffy naan crust. It’s quick, customizable, and packed with bold Greek-inspired flavor in every bite!
Ingredients
For the Pizza:

2 pieces naan bread

1 cup cooked chicken (grilled or rotisserie), chopped

½ cup shredded mozzarella or feta cheese

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced

¼ cup cucumber, thinly sliced or chopped

¼ cup black olives, sliced (optional)

1 tbsp olive oil
For the Tzatziki Sauce:

½ cup Greek yogurt

¼ cup cucumber, finely grated and drained

1 garlic clove, minced
-
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
-
1 tsp dill (fresh or dried)

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1️⃣ Make the tzatziki: Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl. Chill while preparing the pizza.
2️⃣ Preheat oven: Set to 400°F (200°C). Place naan on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
3️⃣ Assemble pizzas: Top naan with cheese, then layer on chicken, tomatoes, red onion, and olives. Bake for 8–10 minutes until cheese melts and naan is golden.
4️⃣ Add fresh toppings: Remove from oven and top with cucumbers and a generous drizzle of tzatziki sauce.
5️⃣ Serve: Garnish with extra dill or parsley if desired. Slice and enjoy!
