Ingredients
- 3 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped pickles and green onions, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions (without seasoning packets). Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add diced onion to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Stir in BBQ sauce, ketchup, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the beef mixture evenly.
- Add the cooked ramen noodles to the skillet and toss everything together until combined.
- Transfer the beef and ramen mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
- Top with crumbled turkey bacon.
- Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped pickles and green onions if desired, then serve warm.
