Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped pickles and green onions, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions (without seasoning packets). Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Add diced onion to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
  5. Stir in BBQ sauce, ketchup, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the beef mixture evenly.
  6. Add the cooked ramen noodles to the skillet and toss everything together until combined.
  7. Transfer the beef and ramen mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  8. Sprinkle shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
  9. Top with crumbled turkey bacon.
  10. Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  11. Garnish with chopped pickles and green onions if desired, then serve warm.

Notes

  • Make it spicy: Add diced jalapeños or a few dashes of hot sauce to the meat mixture.

  • Customize toppings: Try crushed onions rings, crispy fried onions, or even crushed potato chips on top for texture.

  • Cheese options: Blend in Pepper Jack or Colby for extra bite or melt factor.

  • Meal prep-friendly: Store individual servings in microwave-safe containers for grab-and-go lunches.

  • Double the recipe: For larger families or parties, double the ingredients and bake in two 9×13 pans.
