  • Total Time: 18 min

Description

These Air Fryer Garlic Butter Steak Bites are juicy, tender, and packed with rich garlicky flavor — all done in under 15 minutes! Perfect for a quick dinner, appetizer, or protein-packed snack, they’re easy, delicious, and absolutely addictive.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ lbs (680g) sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • Optional: lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

1️⃣ Season the steak:
In a large bowl, toss the steak cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

2️⃣ Preheat the air fryer:
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3 minutes.

3️⃣ Air fry the steak bites:
Place the steak cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket (work in batches if needed). Cook for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.

4️⃣ Prepare the garlic butter:
While the steak cooks, melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

5️⃣ Toss in garlic butter:
Transfer the cooked steak bites to a bowl and pour the garlic butter over them. Toss gently to coat.

6️⃣ Garnish and serve:
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges if desired.

Notes

  • Ribeye or New York strip also work great for extra tenderness.

  • Add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter for a spicy kick.

  • Leftovers store well in the fridge for up to 3 days — reheat gently in the air fryer.
