This watermelon slushie is icy, sweet, and incredibly hydrating – made with just a few ingredients and no refined sugar. It’s the ultimate thirst-quencher and takes just minutes to make!
Ingredients

4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed and frozen

1 tbsp fresh lime juice

1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, depending on sweetness of watermelon)

½ cup cold water or coconut water

Ice cubes (optional, for extra thickness)

Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
1️⃣ Freeze the watermelon:
Cut watermelon into cubes and freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until solid.
2️⃣ Blend the slushie:
In a high-speed blender, combine frozen watermelon, lime juice, honey (if using), and cold water. Blend until smooth and slushy.
3️⃣ Adjust texture:
Add a few ice cubes if you prefer a thicker texture. Blend again briefly.
4️⃣ Serve:
Pour into glasses, garnish with fresh mint or a lime wedge, and enjoy immediately!
