- 6 romaine lettuce leaves, chopped
- 4 slices APPLEGATE NATURALS® Black Forest Ham
- 8 slices APPLEGATE NATURALS® Genoa Salami
- 12 slices APPLEGATE NATURALS® Turkey Pepperoni
- 4 slices APPLEGATE ORGANICS® Provolone cheese
- 4 slices ripe tomato
- ¼ cup red onion slices
- ¼ cup pickled jalapeños
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper
- 3–4 soft hoagie rolls, split
Instructions
- Pile the lettuce, ham, salami, pepperoni, provolone, tomatoes, onion and jalapeños on a large cutting board. Using a large sharp knife, chop the mixture all together until coarsely chopped.
- Add the mayonnaise, vinegar, oil and oregano and season with salt and pepper. Continue to chop until ingredients have reached roughly the same sized pieces, and are thoroughly mixed.
- Scoop the mixture into the hoagie rolls and serve at once.
