  • 1 ½ tbsp olive oil

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1️⃣ Prep the potatoes: Wash and dry the potatoes. Thinly slice into ⅛ to ¼-inch rounds using a sharp knife or mandoline.
