Description

These Easy Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps are perfect for a quick lunch or dinner. Juicy garlic-seasoned chicken, melty cheese, and your favorite toppings are wrapped in a warm tortilla for a satisfying, fuss-free meal the whole family will enjoy.

Ingredients

Scale

For the chicken:

  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning

  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the wraps:

  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese

  • ½ cup shredded lettuce

  • ½ cup diced tomatoes

  • ¼ cup ranch or garlic sauce (optional)

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional for garnish)

Instructions

1️⃣ Cook the chicken:
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken, minced garlic, garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and golden.

2️⃣ Warm the tortillas:
Lightly warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 10-15 seconds to make them more pliable.

3️⃣ Assemble the wraps:
Lay each tortilla flat. Sprinkle a layer of shredded cheese down the center. Add cooked garlic chicken, lettuce, diced tomatoes, and a drizzle of ranch or garlic sauce if using.

4️⃣ Wrap and toast (optional):
Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll up tightly. For extra crispiness, toast the wraps in a skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes per side until golden.

5️⃣ Serve:
Slice in half if desired, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Swap the chicken for rotisserie chicken to save even more time.

  • Add cooked bacon, avocado, or sautéed onions for extra flavor.

  • These wraps are great for meal prep — just assemble and refrigerate, then toast when ready to eat.
