  • 1 can crescent roll dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar (for coating)
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix softened cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll each triangle from the wide end to the tip, enclosing the filling.
  6. In another bowl, mix the 1/3 cup sugar with the cinnamon.
  7. Brush each roll with melted butter, then roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture to coat.
  8. Place the coated rolls on the prepared baking sheet.
  9. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Let cool slightly before serving.
