Ingredients

1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, undrained

½ cup granulated sugar

½ cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs, beaten

1 tsp vanilla extract

¼ cup butter, melted

Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven: Set to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish or small casserole.
2️⃣ Mix the base: In a bowl, combine crushed pineapple with juice, sugar, flour, beaten eggs, vanilla, and salt. Stir until well blended.
3️⃣ Add butter: Pour in melted butter and mix well.
4️⃣ Bake: Pour mixture into the prepared dish. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until golden on top and set in the center.
5️⃣ Cool and serve: Let cool slightly. Serve warm as-is or with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
