Crispy on the outside and stuffed with savory ground beef and cheddar on the inside, these irresistible bites are brushed with garlic butter and Parmesan before baking. Ideal for parties, game days, or make-ahead snacks, they’re a guaranteed crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients

Scale

For the bombs:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease.

Season the beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well and remove from heat.

Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch round. Place a spoonful of the cooked beef in the center and top with shredded cheddar cheese.

Fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

In a small bowl, mix melted butter, parsley, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder.

Brush each bomb with the garlic Parmesan butter mixture.

Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.

Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Be sure to seal the dough completely to avoid filling leaks.

  • For extra crispy tops, broil for 1–2 minutes after baking.

  • These bombs freeze beautifully—perfect for batch cooking.

  • Let bombs cool for 5 minutes before serving to avoid burns from hot cheese.

  • Customize easily with your favorite meats, cheeses, or spices.
