- 4– oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 (10.5-oz) can Cream of Chicken Soup
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp dried onion powder
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers crushed
- 5 Tbsp salted butter melted
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat: Heat oven to 350ºF. Spray a 9×13-inch dish with cooking spray.
- Mix & Spread: Blend chicken, rice, cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, spices, and soup. Put in dish.
- Top: Mix crackers and butter, sprinkle over mix.
- Bake: Cook 30-40 mins until bubbly.
