Ingredients
-
2 cups cooked ham, finely chopped or ground
-
½ cup mayonnaise
-
1 tbsp Dijon mustard (or yellow mustard)
-
2 tbsp sweet pickle relish (or dill relish for a tangier flavor)
-
1 celery stalk, finely chopped
-
2 tbsp red onion, finely chopped
-
1 tsp garlic powder
-
½ tsp black pepper
-
1 tbsp lemon juice (optional, for brightness)
-
Salt to taste

Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1️⃣ Chop the ham:
Finely chop or pulse the cooked ham in a food processor until you reach your desired consistency (small, even pieces work best for spreading).
2️⃣ Mix the salad:
In a large bowl, combine the chopped ham, mayonnaise, mustard, pickle relish, celery, red onion, garlic powder, black pepper, lemon juice (if using), and salt. Stir until everything is well blended and creamy.
3️⃣ Chill:
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
4️⃣ Serve:
Serve chilled on sandwich bread, in wraps, with crackers, or as a dip with fresh veggies. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
