- 8 oz Dry Egg Noodles (or fresh lo mein noodles)
- 2 Carrots, sliced
- 1/4 Yellow Onion, sliced
- 3 cups Cabbage, thinly sliced (about 1/4 of a large cabbage)
- 3 Garlic Cloves, diced
- 1 bunch Green Onion (green parts only)
- 2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar (or regular sugar)
- 1 tbsp Water
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Corn Starch
- 1/4 tsp White Pepper
- 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
Cook the noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
In a large pan, sauté the sliced carrots, onion, cabbage, and diced garlic until they are tender.
In a small bowl, combine all the sauce ingredients and mix well.
Add the cooked noodles, green onions, and sauce to the pan with the sautéed vegetables. Toss everything together to combine and heat through.
