Ingredients
  

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth or stock
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 3 cups cooked chicken, chopped
  • 12 oz linguini, cooked al dente
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, salt, and pepper, stirring until the mixture is smooth.
  • Incorporate the cooked, chopped chicken into the sauce, mixing well to ensure the chicken is fully coated.
  • Gently fold in the cooked linguini, combining the ingredients carefully.
  • Transfer the mixture into a 9x13-inch glass baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  • Sprinkle the top with shredded mozzarella cheese, followed by a layer of grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake the dish for 40 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbling.
  • Allow the dish to rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.
