Ingredients
  

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 8-10 cubes low-moisture mozzarella cheese
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces and gently flatten each one.
  • Place a cube of mozzarella in the center of each flattened dough piece. Fold the dough over the cheese and pinch to seal, creating a ball.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  • Dip each dough ball into the butter mixture to fully coat.
  • Arrange the dough balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until they are golden brown and puffed up.
  • Once baked, sprinkle the biscuit bombs with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
