Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing (high-quality or homemade)
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp dried basil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish large enough to hold the chicken in a single layer.
  • Place chicken breasts flat in the prepared dish. If they are thick, pound or butterfly them to even thickness.
  • In a bowl, mix together the Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture over the chicken, spreading it to coat each piece evenly.
  • Bake the chicken uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes to achieve a golden top, watching closely to avoid burning.

  • Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm.
