Spicy Cheesy Garlic Pizza Bombs

This delicious spicy cheesy garlic pizza bombs is a fantastic dish that's sure to impress. Made with 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough, 24 slices beef pepperoni, and 1½ cups mozzarella cheese, it combines great flavors and textures for a memorable meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough
  • 24 slices beef pepperoni
  • 1½ cups mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • ½ cup pizza sauce (plus extra for dipping)
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  • Take each biscuit and flatten it into a 3–4 inch circle.
  • In the center of each circle, place 1–2 slices of beef pepperoni, 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce, and a cube of mozzarella cheese.
  • Gather the edges of the dough and pull them up, pinching to seal the filling inside. Then roll the dough into a ball shape.
  • Position the balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and black pepper.
  • Brush the tops of the dough balls with the garlic butter mixture you just prepared.
  • Bake the pizza bombs in the preheated oven for 14–18 minutes, or until they turn golden brown.
  • While they are still warm, sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
  • Serve the pizza bombs hot, accompanied by extra pizza sauce for dipping.
