Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
Take each biscuit and flatten it into a 3–4 inch circle.
In the center of each circle, place 1–2 slices of beef pepperoni, 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce, and a cube of mozzarella cheese.
Gather the edges of the dough and pull them up, pinching to seal the filling inside. Then roll the dough into a ball shape.
Position the balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and black pepper.
Brush the tops of the dough balls with the garlic butter mixture you just prepared.
Bake the pizza bombs in the preheated oven for 14–18 minutes, or until they turn golden brown.
While they are still warm, sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
Serve the pizza bombs hot, accompanied by extra pizza sauce for dipping.
